3. Product Listings

Sellers must ensure that:

  • Handle return requests fairly and promptly
  • Issue refunds for:

Failure to comply may result in penalties or account suspension.


8. Customer Service

Sellers are expected to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain professional communication
  • Resolve disputes fairly

9. Performance Standards

Shekina Shop may monitor:

  • Order fulfillment rate
  • Cancellation rate
  • Customer ratings and reviews
  • Response time

Sellers who fail to meet standards may face restrictions.


10. Prohibited Conduct

Sellers must NOT:

  • Mislead customers
  • Circumvent platform fees
  • Conduct transactions outside the platform

11. Payments to Sellers

12. Disputes & Resolution

  • Sellers must cooperate in resolving disputes
  • Shekina Shop may intervene when necessary

13. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Poor performance or repeated complaints

14. Platform Rights

  • Enforce policies and penalties
  • Update platform features and rules
